We start by helping you design and print your mail pieces so that they meet all the specifications required by the USPS. Ever heard of an Aspect Ratio? What is the required thickness of a 6” by 11” post card? We know all of these intricate rules. We work directly with you and your printer to ensure that this first step in every large mailing is successful.

Your next step is to send us your mailing list; emailing it to us is fine, no ZIP code order required. We CASS certify every address; we NCOA every address. We also can detect and eliminate duplicate names and addresses. You may not know what this means, but we do. The resulting mailing list now meets Post Office requirements to qualify for the lowest possible postage rates.

Then you send us or we pick up your newly printed mail pieces and we print a professional looking address label on each one using your newly certified mailing list. Then we sort and tray each mail piece to again comply with Post Office requirements. Lastly, we take your mailing to the Post Office and you get an official Post Office Certificate of Mailing that states the day of mailing and how many pieces were mailed at what postage rate. We should also tell you that we will also use our own USPS mailing permit so you don't need to pay the yearly permit fees.
